Shipping policy

These pieces have survived centuries. We make sure they survive shipping.

Domestic (US)
Ships via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on size and value. Works on paper ship flat in rigid acid-free mailers — never rolled. Paintings get foam corners, bubble wrap, and double-walled boxes. Standard delivery 5–7 business days. Orders over $500 require signature. Orders over $1,000 include free insurance.

International
We ship worldwide via DHL and UPS International. 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs. Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees — these are not included in the price or shipping cost.

Oversized Pieces
Anything over 36" may require custom crating. We'll contact you with a quote before processing.

Processing Time
Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Design-a-Room packages need an extra 5–7 days for curation.
