Returns
14 days from delivery. Piece must be in original condition and packaging. Buyer pays return shipping with tracking and insurance.

Non-Returnable
Design-a-Room packages after curation begins. Custom-sourced pieces acquired on your behalf. Anything damaged or altered after delivery.

Damaged in Transit?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll handle it at our expense.

Refunds
Processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless it was our mistake.
